The Willows Grange needlework fruit and vegetable canning committees met at Mrs George Kreba home under H and C chair Mrs Cool to plan fair materials and discuss uniformity. A five member committee was appointed to select a building site for a new hall to be occupied by year end.
Kt H Coppock of Seaside and Tiskham Gilbert of Salem, members of the State Banking Department, are in Jone this week on business connected with the liquidation of the defunct bank of Jone.
