A. B. Seely lost his home and contents in a mid afternoon fire last Friday. The total loss is about $2000 with no injuries. Origin suspected to be a defective kitchen flue. family saved only a few items as roof collapsed. The Seelys are staying at Coriatopherson's Ranch while repair or relocation is arranged.
Local game Tuesday saw the lone high school defeat the town team 47 to 42. High school lineup included D. Head and G. Ritchie as forwards with L. Clark center, J. Graves and St. Ekleberry as guards. substitutes H. Buleiger C. Young and D. Ekleberry. Town players were Tom Davidson and Edmund Bristow forwards, Wendel Baisiger center, Gene Engelman and Frank Lundell guards. Mrs. Johanes Troedson fell on her porch and fractured her hip. Dr. W. W. Kettle took her to the hospital where she is reported to be doing well. Christmas shopping urged with no deliveries on Christmas.
