Home Again From Vacation Land

Mrs. Della Creo of Our Pacific Telephone returns from a five week trip spent with son and daughter in law in Chicago and motor tours through Illinois Missouri Arkansas Tennessee Kentucky Ohio and Indiana. They visited state capitals National Park in Arkansas the Ozarks and Mammoth Cave in Kentucky. They toured caves near the San Cave where Floyd Collie hurried and visited Abe's old home in Kentucky.

Old Homes Revisited by Cochran and Holmes Party

The John Cochran and Holmes party retraced a Fire of last week on a scenic trip through Oregon and northern California. They traveled via Failty Bend Diamond Lake Crater Lake Klamath Falls and the Oregon Caves before entering California to see redwood forests Crescent City and the northern coast. They continued to Bandon Moyene Browneville and nearby towns en route to Portland visiting relatives and old friends. Fifty eight years ago Mr Cochran left Brownsville and this trip fulfilled a long held wish for his sister to see the old home again.
