Mrs Vernie Taylor Dies in Sundance After Illness
Mrs Vernie Taylor of Alva died in Sundance last Thursday evening while seeking medical aid. Funeral services and interment were held in Sundance. She was formerly Miss Effie Knerr, sister of Farmer Knerr, and wife of Ver nie Taylor a Lame Jones country resident. She leaves three children, the youngest four days old, and a grieving husband. The community offers sympathy to the bereaved.

Willing Workers Honor Louise Turneaure Visit
The Willing Workers met with Mrs. Gunderson last Friday afternoon and set aside the regular program to honor Mrs. Louise Turneaure who leaves soon for the coast to visit indefinitely. She will pass through Sheridan to see her son H. E. Turneaure for a short time.
