The Devil's Tower in Grook County Wyoming attracts many visitors as it gains attention from tourists en route to Wyoming parks. The article notes sealing on two occasions by a man and a woman and mentions heavy tourist traffic and ongoing inquiries.
The passage recalls whether anyone has reached the 800 foot obelisk rise above the Belle Fourche river and mentions W. B. Rogers climbing the tower on July Fourth, 1804, with Old Glory raised.
