West Bills and Electors Dominant in Sparse Campaign
Five to six inches of snow blanketed the country last week while farmers stayed busy with threshing and potato digging. The West Bros. plan a concert at McDonald hall on October 30 1908, drawing a large crowd. candidates avoid this area as the campaign wanes. Frank Risher remains ill with rheumatism and hopes to visit Hot Springs SD when able. Ranchers report fair cattle prices despite crowded ranges and limited water. Voters face a full slate of Republican and Democratic electors and local officials across Sundance, Beulah, Pinedale, and surrounding precincts with lists of candidates for county offices, commissioners, treasurer, assessor, sheriff, and more. An official constitutional amendment list of the state board of tion commissioners accompanies the county tally.
