Bond Election Plans for County Proceeds and Road Network
Seven five per cent of the proceeds shall be spent in each county apportioned by assessed valuation. The residue goes to counties with high construction costs or low valuations due to federal land. Success of the May 10 bond election means a network of roads connecting principal cities villages and intervening communities. When highways are taken over by the state the state must maintain them.
