The Belle Fourche and Northern Telephone Co will acquire Wyoming Rural Telephone Co and Sundance Telephone lines after papers are filed. H E Rich of Sundance has become general manager and will move to Belle Fourche in April to oversee expansion. The company, incorporated for 60000 dollars, invites local stock participation to extend lines regionally.
