Chamber agent for B Gross and Company says highest prices paid for hides and furs and that he will be at Hulett for two to three weeks. For details call Hulett Mercantile Company.
Cattle from Rockypoint to range after wintering on the reservation. J L Cook of Mona Short Lines surveys Hulett lines. John Thorn moves a building west of the Globe office. Various social visits, dinner at Emma Wood, and several guests in town. Goldie Pep class meets with 20 attendees. Derby 4 dance announced for July 17. First issue of Colony Weekly News printed July 7 1920. Church services and Sunday School frequent with Rev Wright lauding growth. Next Sunday community singing planned at Goldie.

Swartz Divide Church had low attendance on Sunday. George Howler from Government Valley near Sundance visited the community. Marie Engle visited Margie Davia last week. The Dirks dance drew few attendees but guests enjoyed themselves. Dick Philips served as a pleasant caller at Ovear Reel's Sunday event.
Crook County Farm Bureau members from nearby areas gathered at the Howard place on Deer Creek for an old time picnic. The gathering included a dinner under the trees with wood foods ice cream cake and lemonade and included games and races as attendees lamented the short day and planned another outing at the Howards. Mr. Howard was absent but Mrs. Howard was praised for hosting.
J C Hutt declares his run for sheriff of Crook County subject to Republican primary election on August 17 1920. He seeks party support and outlines his intent to serve law enforcement duties if chosen.
Voters will select a Republican candidate for the Clerk of the District Court in the coming primary. L. Mauch is listed as a candidate.

A pleasant picnic was held at C P Kester the third with twenty two attendees. Attendees report haying in the area while others visited in nearby towns and a dance at the old Cook house enjoyed by local youths.
