Board rejects the appraisers report on Peter Gardner's private road petition for Mrs. H W Kelly and orders re appraisal at Gardner house January 24 1910 noon with reports due by March 1910. Also grants tax relief for a 1000 year 1000 school poll error and appoints three disinterested electors to assess damages for proposed road projects in Crook County Wyoming. A 1910 county budget resolution authorizes salaries and expenses for county officers and services for the year starting January 1 1910.
