Mr Elmer Jones stays with R W Rakestraw. Mrs A R Simon was very sick last week but is better now. Mr Owen Conley freighting from Aladdin to Hulett this week. Mr Sam Haptonstall took a business trip to Hulett last Saturday. Mr R W Rakestraw bought Linn household goods last week. Mr Owen Conley entertained A R Simon and family for dinner last Sunday. Mr A R Simon helped Willard Ripley put up his ice late last week. Ed Allen and R J Marshall finished Mr Proctor's new house and have likely moved in by now.
Fred Hall visited Red water friends last week and Jesse Hamlin and family with his mother left for Minnesota. The Marchant boys cut wood with a threshing engine and buzz saw this week. Harry Williams returns to the Wyoming and Missouri River line. R K fills a vacancy left by Engineer Morrison. Willard Durrett comes back from North Dakota after three years away, part of which in Oregon, declaring Wyoming best after all.
Mrs. Ebens Bucher and her children arrived from Sioux Falls to settle on their ranch and found Mr. Bucher ill. Miss Maud Atkinson of Marmarth is visiting relatives in the area. Miss Elizabeth Clark and Fred Bothwell visited E. P. Willsons on Sunday. Mr. Geo. Cook left for Sundance on business.
In a public note J S F Wood and family and Geo N Cooke and family express heartfelt gratitude for the kindness and support received during a recent affliction and sorrow. They say they cannot repay but thank their friends and invoke God’s blessings on them.
