Dissolution Notice of Clover Leaf Gold Mining Company
Notice records the dissolution vote at Beulah Wyoming on November 21 1908 after two thirds stock approval. It states the firm no longer owns property or operates in Wyoming or elsewhere and that the dissolution follows charter terms. Copies filed with state and county offices and published in Crook and Weston counties. Signed by President Pierre Wibaux and Secretary Robert N. Ogden. Also notices a separate 1905 South Dakota publication for Fred S. Gantz homestead filing with witnesses listed.
