The Book and Thimble club was entertained at the E. B. Walker home last Friday. A very nice dinner was served and enjoyed by eighteen guests including Sam Barlean and his beat girl, Bert Marchant and family, Mre.
Notice is given that Han nah Schenck, heir for all heirs of Charles Frank Schenck of Hulett Wyoming, filed to prove up homestead claim No 019048 for Lot 1 Sec 2 Two Min Range 64 and Lots 3 8 10 Sec 35 Town 55 N Range 65. The proof is set before U S Commissioner Paul Yeoman in Hulett on Aug 23, 1919. Witnesses from Hulett include J L Boatwick, William H Richey, Frank Okonski, James P Richey.
A ten dollar reward is offered for the recovery of a five year old black gelding with a white star, halter broken, branding on left shoulder. Other notes recount social calls, land notices at Sundance and Alva Wyoming, and local movements including migrations, marriages, and a newborn in Crook County with various names and dates from 1919 era.
