Mrs Anna Dora Cole Pioneer Matriarch Remembered
Anna Dora Stone born Covington Kentucky February 16 1849 moved to Portsmouth Ohio married James M January 9 1868. They had six children A P Cole Mt Vernon WA A R Cole Grace L Bush Hulett Walter James William Albert preceded her eight years ago. Five children and six grandchildren mourn mother and grandmother and husband. Mrs Cole came to this country twenty years ago and lived near Hulett since.

Local voters may nominate worthy men on the August 17 1920 primary ballot. M D Holbrook and wife visited Hulett and left for Moorcroft. Twenty five oil rigs were unloaded at Moorcroft for Crook county. The nearest rig to Hulett is on the Dink Cooper place. Preaching at Hulett church on Sunday August 29 at 2 pm to support a minister half time. A group of Alva youths passed through Hulett Tuesday returning from Tower. Mrs Martin Stephenson hosts a sister visit. Myrtle Freeborn visits Mrs George Grenier. Moorcroft stage line adds a Dodge truck. H B Clark from Sheridan attends to business. Chas Durfee family returns from Morristown SD. C L Calvert visits Dr Bostwick. Deputy game warden Earl Banks has county business Tuesday.
