Rescued From 35-Foot Well After Quicksand Squeeze
Wilkins Priest, 57, was pulled alive from a thirty five foot well after a Tuesday cave in and quicksand enveloped him up to the chin. Red Emery bore his limp body through a tunnel beside the shaft to the surface as doctors warned of serious internal injuries from forty eight hours without food or water.
