Ralph Michael twenty one year old? actually nineteen from 1414 Richland street died after a Sunday night joy ride in a stolen car. The vehicle crashed on Rockville road at ninety mph. Michael died at the city hospital after more than a day unconscious. Police searched for Robert Westfield and arrested Cecil Strange while Elmer Schrader faced vagrancy charges. The car belonged to Letta Rogers of Woodruff Place and was stolen near Twenty eighth and Meridian.
