Brown and Willis dissolved their partnership as Willis wanted to start trucking. Brown asked for a $1500 loan to have twice his partner’s funds, but Willis refused. Willis then offered to loan Brown $1500 so they could start new ventures with equal capital. Each had $1500 at the discussion.
