Camp dedication marks gift of athletic field at Bedford
The Arthur Jordan athletic field at Bedford will be dedicated Sunday at 3 p.m. The event honors a gift from Arthur of Indianapolis. W Esterline, State Y M C A president, will preside. C A Veve h, State secretary, notes the day suits the camp, with WA Godard, Indianapolis Y M C A secretary, to speak. The camp, four miles south of Bedford, welcomes the first group led by R J Duke as camp director. Camp songs will be performed and a boy will voice thanks to Southern Indiana for the field. Limited Sunday dinners and picnic grove use will be available by advance notice.
