Attorney General Arthur L. Gilliam urged doctors to push a check up to determine how many physicians in the state may have obtained county licenses without first securing a certificate from the State board of medical registration and examination. The case of Lee O Williams, said to hold licenses from Du Bois Van derburgh and Knox counties without appearing before the state board, was referred to Gilliam by Dr E M Shanklin.
