Eight year old Charles Campbell Jr. of 2435 Kenwood avenue fell through thin ice in Fall Creek Friday afternoon. Passing truckmen J G Denton and J A Harris rescued him with a canvas throw, pulling him to shore and delivering him home. The boy escaped with minor immersion effects.
