A collision near Rochester Indiana involved a Erie railroad fast freight train and a loaded school bus. Ten children and a bus driver were hurt with two children seriously injured Pearl Murray 15 and Omer Murray 8. The bus was demolished and overturned as it was struck. The driver Cleve Biddinger suffered scalp wounds and could not explain the crash. The injured were taken to Woodlawn Hospital.
