Anniversary Service 50 Years of Trinity Lutheran Church
Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church marks the fiftieth anniversary of its dedication with a daylong program led by Concordia College president Fr. Wayne and other church educators. A 250 voice choir will be directed by Prof. P. G. Elbert and a new organ will be dedicated and played by Prof. Edmund Seuel with organists from Chicago and St Louis. The church began in 1874 75 and has grown from a small 80 member congregation to a larger parish with a long history of baptisms marriages funerals and confirmations. All three Sunday services will be broadcast from station WFBM.
