Bramley Protests Coast Guard Fire On Yacht Near Edgewater Beach
Millionaire Cleveland resident M F Bramley telegraphs Washington protest after coast guard cutter opened fire on his yacht two miles off Edgewater Beach. Bramley said he was cruising with friends when the warning shot was fired across the bow.
