Indianapolis to Add Two New Grade School Buildings
Indianapolis will construct two brick fireproof grade schools and add eight rooms to another, at an approximate cost of 425000, with occupancy expected by February 1926. School 27 at Robson Street and Sherman Drive will gain twelve rooms replacing three portable structures. Reisner and Howard streets will host a second new twelve room building with auditorium gym, replacing old School 46. An eight room expansion at School 34 on Wade and Boyd streets will provide healthier classrooms and a movable assembly area for physical training.
