Mrs Nellie Derringer 30 of the Wesley Hotel collapsed in Criminal Court before sentencing. Judge James A Collins imposed six months at Indiana Womans Prison and a $50 fine on a guilty theft plea for stealing three coats valued at $350 from L S Ayres Co. She had previously been placed on probation after stealing $500 of goods from Fair Store given to her 12 year old daughter.
