Suit For $20000 Against Mock Estate Over Promised Bequest
Miss Elzora F. Hatfield filed in probate court for 20000 against Joseph H. Mock estate claiming he promised marriage and a 10000 bequest to her in case of his death before the wedding. Mock died December 7 1928 and the will omits the bequest. She gave up her restaurant business and moved into the couple’s planned home.
