Glidden Cup Award Reaffirmed for Chalmers Team
In New York Supreme Court Justice Putnam vacated a June 28 temporary injunction over the Glidden Trophy. The decision upholds the governing body’s rules and keeps the trophy with the American Automobile Association, with Chalmers to hold it pending the 1911 tour. The court notes no fraud and preserves the contest’s integrity and final authority of sport bodies.
