Wheel dispute leads to arrest over tire damage
William Ginger of 45 Clark Ave accused brother-in-law Edward Reardon of malicious trespass after Reardon rode his wheel while Ginger was away. Ginger found the tires flat and sought legal action. Reardon was arrested Friday and posted bond.

Hebrew American McKinley club forms with 110 charter members
A Jewish republican group formed Thursday night as the Hebrew American McKinley club with 110 charter members. Meetings will be held at Iron hall twice monthly, with officers J. Traugott as president and G. Joseph as vice president. McKinley received word of the organization via telegraph. A second group organized at 250 N Noblest, with 1450 members, and a meeting planned at Noble and Michigan streets where Hon. Charles M. Cooper will speak. Officers include Joel A. National Democratic HQ to Move From Indianapolis
The national headquarters of the sound money Democrats will relocate to Chicago within a week or ten days. Chairman Bynum announced the move Friday noon, citing outreach to the northwest and proximity to the nominee's Illinois home.
