Burglary Charge Dismissed for Chas Lines in Court
Saturday morning Charles Lines faced olice court on a burglary charge for entering Dr Wishard residence in Huronst on Sept 28. The Wishards identified him, but his mother and sisters testified he was home sick and unable to be out that night. He was discharged. Lines works as a foreman at the Panhandle yards.

John A. Walte of the Indianapolis frog and switch works was struck in the breast by a fragment of iron Friday afternoon. The projectile pierced the chest and entered the right lung. Dr. C. J. Fletcher removed the iron, and Walte’s condition remains critical. He was taken home to Clay Street.
