William Kotteman 5 a known German furniture dealer at 111-43 EL Washingtons fell in a coal chute behind the Century building Saturday afternoon and died at City hospital. His home was 10 Stewart Place. He was in the alley where coal was being unloaded when a wagon started and he was struck on the head losing consciousness. Ambulance transport by Dr Laughlin to City hospital, where he died shortly after. Surviving are three children Frank Charles Kotteman and Mrs Minne Gaudirg.
