Joseph Stultz, a railroad switchman, visited his sweetheart Addie Studder at 947 Southeastern avenue Sunday night. He found another man with her, broke a window, hurled a lantern, and crawled inside. A knife attack by the guest left Stultz with a damaged eye and a deep arm wound. The couple argued, and the woman allegedly urged the assailant to kill. Police later arrested the woman for assault with intent to kill. Stultz faced assault charges.
