Fire in Englewood starts in a paint store, destroys a block and damages $500,000. A 20 year old Miss Kent, daughter of the hotel proprietor, jumps from a third story window to escape the flames and is killed. Dozens lose homes with about 14 engines and three trucks remaining on the scene.
