Friday the Board of Public Works approved resolutions for brick paving first alley east of Delaware from Nineteenth to Twentieth streets and graded roadways on Seventeenth and Twentieth streets from Central to College. The assessment roll for graveling, sprinkling, and curbing gutters on New land avenue from Newman to Jefferson was approved totaling 5158.59 with an average fee of about 1.21 per abutting property.
