Joseph E. Penrose a 27 year old switchman was killed in the Panhandle yards east of the city when he fell under moving cars during a coupling. His mutilated body was found about 11 PM and sent to Meta Indiana for burial. He leaves a widow and one child and a $1000 accident policy payable to Mrs Penrose.
