Deed On File Dispute Over Johnson County Property

In February 281 Martin Mecher a traveling salesman from Cleveland left his home and a deed was placed on record in Johnson County. His body was found months later in a lumber yard near Cleveland. Mecher had purchased real estate near Greenwald Iron, Landers, and Margaret Heck War tar fe gard. a deed was filed after his disappearance. The heirs sue Margaret and Laura Teck in Federal Court seeking title clarification, alleging the Heck family tried to claim the property as theirs. Judge Albert Hondersen presided in a related matter with a Ritaeer in a separate trial.
