James Harding of the Big Four was tried before Judge Cox Friday for receiving stolen goods from Conductor Frighbie and was fined 10 dollars and sent to the work house for 30 days after a pursuit and capture. Wilhelmina Schruretz seeks a divorce from Jacob for neglect and needs, while Elizabeth Battin accuses Edgar of habitual drunkenness and seeks a decree. Matilda Copeland obtained a divorce from Andrew. he later asked it set aside as he was unaware. W. P. Fishback sued for a receiver during a street railroad strike. Judge Taylor appointed Steele, who later resigned. Fishback dismissed the case. Steele had collected 800 to 1000 dollars and turned it over to the court clerk. the Citizens' company petitioned to have the money delivered to the proper party.
