Pittsburg Pa May 4 Within a short time after a supreme court decision on the Hepburn commodities clause the Gould interests arranged a coal deal for the Pittsburg district. The Pittsburg Terminal and Coal company will operate mines and sell coal at the mines through a New York firm. They expect 2 000 000 to 2 500 000 tons annually and note potential effects on receiverships and related holdings.
In Dover Delaware on May 4 a 14 year old boy William Fossett and a 12 year old girl Nelle Marker were struck by a Delaware railroad express while picking flowers on the way to school and were killed.
