March 30 Harry Axtell former secretary of the Real Estate Building Loan and Savings association and ex city treasurer of Bloomington who was sent to Michigan City prison last June for embezzling 38000 will be released. The supreme court has ruled indictments load and with statute of limitations he cannot be prosecuted for embezzlement unless larceny charges are revived.
