Rev Erasmus Austen a 60 year old curate at St Stanislaus Polish Catholic Church was murdered in the parish rectory in Newark. James and Robert Baughman, federal prisoners aged 18 and 20, were captured in Franklin Indiana after escaping Marion county jail Tuesday afternoon.
