Verdict in Boy's Death by Accidental Strychnine Poisoning

Deputy Coroner Duntavy returned a verdict of accidental death in the case of six month old Sitle Gilbert Merritt son of Mr and Mrs Rovert Merritt. The infant died after swallowing tablets containing strychnine at his grandparents home while his mother accompanied by Mrs J D Stewart 162 Ludlow. The child mistook the tablets for candy and died soon after.
