The Buffalo and Chicago express on the Lehigh Valley railroad was wrecked near Reddington Easton after a rock rolled onto the track. Engineer Co E Knapp suffered fractured ribs while passengers were shaken but uninjured. The train consisted of a combination car dining car and three Pullmans.
