Nathaniel Barnett 47 a long time Pennsylvania freight conductor living with his wife and two children on Johnson avenue just north of Washington street was killed early Tuesday at Greenfield by a freight train while handling a running switch. He died ten minutes after the accident and his body was taken to Morrison's for an inquest before shipment to Indianapolis. The family mourns as the widow Clara 16 and Ray 14 survive. Barnett was a Knights of Pythias member. Funeral arrangements have not been set.
