Earl Goodbar a six year old boy said to have beggared his parents with four to twelve dollars daily during trips across states is in jail in Aurora Illinois with his father H L Goodbar. His mother Mrs Goodbar rooms on East street Indianapolis. The boy’s cunning and quick talk about good and bad towns astonishes police. A separate blaze at the Indianapolis Traction and Terminal paint shop destroyed thirteen street cars and two interurban cars, valued at 50 000 to 60 000 dollars, with firefighters risking near gasoline tanks to save the plant and other cars.
Judge Vinson Carter upheld the 1895 act creating a governor auditor and secretary of state board. Charles J. Wheeler remains custodian temporarily as Thomas F.
