Struck by a Big Four Train Fatality Details
A man identified as Thomas Speece a 49 year old stable driver was found near the Big Four tracks at St. Clair street after 5 am Saturday. He was injured severely with head wound and leg paralysis and died later at City Hospital. Police noted no witness to the accident and speculate the body may have been dragged. He leaves a wife and seven children.
