Four More Boys Granted Liberty In Juvenile Court

Beech Grove Traction Franchise Approved by Works Board
After review by City Attorney Walker the Beech Grove Traction company franchise was signed Friday by the Board of works. Work on bridges and the right of way outside the city is being rushed despite the council not yet approving the ordinance. The franchise sets a five cent fare for all points on the line within the city or city limits extended. The line will enter via Shelby street and run along Virginia avenue Maryland S Meridian and Washington streets.
