Sidewalks and street space clash at Claypool corner

The piece argues for widening sidewalks at the Claypool corner in Indianapolis to relieve crowding. It cites a narrow eight and a half foot pedestrian path, a wide adjacent 60 foot roadway, and urban scuffles with basement stairs poles and vendors blocking space. It rails against a local newspaper and questions city control over sidewalks and rights of property owners. It also references the grand jury and local crime rhetoric alongside a stream of city notes.
