Cumberland Ind July 28 The Marion County Times will begin publication next week from Cumberland Printing Co with Benjamin Strickland in charge. The $9,000 capitalization firm installs presses and equipment and will offer general job printing. Large contracts from Indianapolis firms already secured. William L. Lingenfelter Dies in Rome One Home
William L. Lingenfelter a long time Indianapolis resident and Civil War veteran died at his home 4516 East Tenth street Tuesday evening. Born June 1 1828 in Carroll county Kentucky he came to Rush county Indiana in 1830 and to Indianapolis in 1840. He was married to Margaret Brady in 1849 and survived by four of seven children Charles E Lola M Arthur B and Frank C. He was a member of Geo H Thomas Post G A R and remained active in the city until ill health slowed him.
