A dispatch reports Judge Jackson issued an arrest order for W B Wilson secretary of the United Mine Workers of America in Indianapolis. He allegedly violated the court restraining order by delivering inflammatory speeches in Clarksburg on July 7 and in Fairmount on July 9. The affidavit was filed by District Attorney Bilzzard. Wilson said he would not evade arrest and would await the warrant. He would go to West Virginia when needed.
