The severely decomposed body of Jas W Duffy was found face down beneath willows in the river bottom near McCarty street. He lived at 402 S West street and had been missing since Wednesday when he asked his wife for money to buy liquor. His death is believed to be self inflicted. John Leconi known as John the window smasher was captured by police Thursday night in Curcaco. He is insane and has smashed $15000 worth of plate glass.
