Tragic Washington Pennsylvania crash kills Isaac Kroot
Two brothers Isaac and Easter Kroot, aged 8 and 11, were struck by a Virginia avenue streetcar at the corner of Washington and Pennsylvania streets. Isaac died under the wheels. Easter survived with injuries. Motorman Charles Peck was arrested for manslaughter after witnesses said the car was speeding and the gong unused. The family home was 434 8 Tennessee Ave.
